The best way to Heal is Belief


  • Beliefs do not change, We change.
  • Most of our beliefs are generalizations about our experiences. They are based on our interpretations of painful and pleasure experiences.
  • Beliefs are the power to create and destroy you too.
  • Drugs are always not necessary but belief may help for recovery.
  • All the personal breakthroughs begin with a change of belief. 
  • Pain is the ultimate tool for shifting a belief.(No pain- No gain)
Change is inevitable, Growth is optional
